What data we access
Taskless Inbox uses Gmail OAuth to access the email data needed to scan messages, identify unfinished work, prepare drafts, and support approved sending.
Privacy
This page is an early privacy draft for Taskless Inbox and should be reviewed by counsel before public launch.
Taskless Inbox uses Gmail OAuth to access the email data needed to scan messages, identify unfinished work, prepare drafts, and support approved sending.
Gmail data is used to understand the context of messages, extract possible tasks, draft next steps, and maintain the user's approval queue.
The product may store connection status, task detections, draft metadata, approval history, proof logs, settings, and operational records needed to provide and debug the service.
Selected email content and task context may be sent to AI systems to classify messages, summarize open loops, and generate draft responses.
Autora does not sell personal email data. The product is being built as a trusted action layer, not an advertising data business.
Users can request deletion or ask privacy questions at business@task-less.com. A fuller deletion and export flow should be added before broad public launch.
For data deletion, OAuth access, or privacy questions, email Autora directly.
